synopsis

Twenty-year-old Ombline is sentenced to 3 years in prison after a violent assault. Just when she has lost all hope in the future, an event turns her life upside down: she discovers that she's pregnant. Some months later, she gives birth to Lucas. The law allows Ombline to raise her son during his first 18 months. But Omblline fights to keep him for as long as possible and to convince the judge that she is able to look after Lucas once she is out of prison. In this dark prison universe, this woman who has become a mother begins her struggle to rebuild her life by fighting for her child.
